Double Washed Salt
A second washing cycle for lower insolubles — enhanced purity for processes with tighter specifications. Double washed salt repeats the washing stage to push insoluble residue down further, delivering a whiter, cleaner crystal with higher effective NaCl content.
It is the step between standard washed salt and refined grades — specified where process water quality, dye consistency or product appearance demand more than single washing delivers.
