This website is operated by Bortera Salt (İstanbul, Türkiye). We take the protection of personal data seriously and process it in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect the details you provide: name, company, business e-mail, phone number, country, product interest, quantity and message. Technical data (IP-derived country, page of submission, referrer and campaign parameters) is stored alongside the request for fraud prevention and to serve you better.

Why we process it

Solely to answer your inquiry, prepare offers and manage the resulting business relationship. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our secured infrastructure (Cloudflare) and delivered to our company mailbox. Retention is limited to the duration required by the business relationship and applicable law.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. Analytics is disabled until you accept cookies.
